When you're new to a job, don't
know exactly what to do, and afraid of making mistakes, your challenge is to
find ways to show your company why it made a good decision in hiring you. You
may find yourself assisting others, serving in a secondary role, or doing
work that is dull and boring. If that's the case, show you are willing to
complete every task, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem.
